Stress management is realizing that there are things that we can not change, there are things that sometimes can be changed, and there are things that we can do something about. Stress management is also managing the threats that are exposed to us. If the threat can be remedied on, the threat can decrease dramatically. One is the way things and events affect us, the other is how we control them. - There is no such thing as organized clutter. Clutter is clutter and no matter how it is viewed, it is still disorganized. Employees who want to impress their bosses do this time and time again. There is no sense to it. Everything should be in their proper places, labeled, tagged and stocked except for that which is immediately being worked on. It is also a monitoring as well as a scheduling device. It can create next week's assignments and schedules as well as automatically create the payroll that is free from errors. Time and attendance management systems bring automated collections, and manpower allocations. It also reduces unnecessary overtime increasing accuracy throughout the organization and saving time and money on human errors that accounts for erroneous entries on payrolls. More or less, people have ideas on what the program talks about and many have in one way or the other practiced it in differing degrees of success. Bars have already been raised. It is therefore no longer practical to choose a time management training outfit based alone on the impressive agendas that they provide and the number of training that they have conducted. And yet it may be discomforting to notice that managers themselves are big contributors to inefficient time use for lack of respect to the time of their subordinates. This is why a good time management program has to encompass every level of the workforce. Reinforcing those that are working and being prepared to make even drastic changes when the need is there. Reduces stress Often it is not the amount of work done but the amount of work that is yet to be done that causes stress. This is complicated by the frenzy of activity that one goes through without showing much for results. Reduces anxiety Anxiety is more often the result of not being sure where one is going.
