Here the ball travels down the side of the court from the front wall to the back corner. Aim 4 feet to 8 feet out from the side wall, and not any higher. If it is high enough, the ball rebounds off the back wall where your opponent can return it. Do not hit the ball too close to the side wall, either. Many fitness clubs have started offering and including racquetball courts in their facilities. Since then, the sport has become more popular. Afterwards, you can play a hard game with them. Elbow protection They may call it tennis elbow, but this injury also happens to racquetball players. (Only 5% of all cases happen to tennis players.) Symptoms consist of pain around the elbow joint, with tenderness occurring on or below the bony bump.
