It Can Be Hard or It Can Be Simple…It All About Putting Things Together…The More You Do It the Easier It Gets…
Do You Know that We Been Learning P.O.P. Since we are a Kid…?
Here are some example…about things that we do everyday…
Cooking…First we “Prepare” all the ingredients and Cleaning for our meat, fish, Vegetable Dish…
Then we “Organize” it for each difference Dish, and what ingredients to use first in our cooking process…
After that we use the “Package” that we have organize the steps to cook our Dish…
Here is other thing that we do daily:
How we prepare our tools before we go to work…the next day…
Work…First we “Prepare” all the Tools and equipment all together…
Then we “Organize” them when we get to the job site for each difference thing to do…
After that we use the “Package” that we have organize the steps to do our work for that day…
What about Kid…?
Kid School: How we teach our kid to prepare their school bag for the next day… before going to School…
School…First we teach them to “Prepare” all the homework make sure is all ready or done, Books to Bring, Launch and all together in a school bag…
Then they “Organize” them when they get to the class for each difference Classes…
After that they use the “Package” that we have organize for them to use at school for that day…
P.O.P. Management for Marketing your Products or Services is a bit difference…But same way of doing it…
You Have to Be Creative, Be a Positives Thinker and Know about How Negatives Thinker Think…
To Promote Your Products and Services You Need to Know what is Your Selling Point…Start with a Slogan…
Example for Trade:
I Going use the Contraction Trade for this example…It Can be a job for you, to market to a Builder or for your customers…
First Figure out “What people expect from you, and what they expect to be done…“
What Make You Difference from your Competitors that in the same trade as you…?
Everyone or most of them will try to sell themselves as the best job done and on time, but most of them that have the same trade can do their job well…like best job done and on time…
And you can see most of the bigger job go to someone that have a team of worker, to complete the job faster…
Now you can see difference about a team and a one person trade man…on most contraction work…
Here is why I recommend to have a cure…
For Example if I am a Painter, I will sell on…We got a team get your whole house painted in One Day…
Landscaping Team…We get your Landscape done in one day…
For Products you can try something like including services like…
You Buy my Toilets’ and we deliver it with installing included…
You Buy My Cooking Air-warmer and we include with our cooking recipes…that you can cook delicious meal in NO TIME…
Enough of example lets get your project ready and put them together…

Now you and your team should have a lists of information on what you want to achieve and what you want to learn or improves…
Preparations – First arrange everything’s that are related to each other…
Organize – Next put them in steps or Things to be done first…
Package – Do all POP for each of the project that related to each other’s…
Now follow the steps and test them all, that you have already package them, and narrow each pop down, that work the best for you…and re-package them…
For Products Business, I always Recommend to have your own brand, and brand them as high quality make products at an affordable prices…The reason is when you have your own brand, your customer can only compare with quality, but is hard to compare if it not packaged the same…Let said Toilets, I can have the same Toilets, but add a sit that have a spray that can clean your ass….with your own brand…
Have a Fashion watch, and rebrand them with a better warrantee…
Even a Pen, Brand them with refill ink that with gold plated clip on the pen…with limited edition…Design…
Try to miss match the products and make it “Only YOUR BRAND Have It…“
